We recognize that online shopping can present challenges in assessing dimensions, colors, materials, and textures. To ensure you make an informed decision, we invite you to visit our showroom and experience our products firsthand before finalizing your purchase.

 

Please be aware that product images are intended for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, variations in color, finish, and texture may occur. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns or refunds due to these differences.

 

Dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of manufacturing processes.

Return Policy

Under the provisions of Australian Consumer Law:

 

Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a major fault occurs, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For issues that do not constitute a major fault, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced to meet acceptable quality standards

Defects

It is the Customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the Goods for any defects at the time of collection or delivery. If a defect is identified, the Goods should not be used.

 

Viola cannot accept responsibility for defective products unless the Customer provides a detailed defect report within 48 hours of receiving the Goods. Any failure to notify Viola within this period will be treated as acceptance of the items in their delivered condition.

 

To report a defect, the Customer must contact Viola's Care Team via email at hello@violaliving.com.au, including clear details and images of the issue.

 

Upon receiving the report, Viola will assess the situation in consultation with the Customer to determine whether the item qualifies as defective. The customer will not be responsible for any freight costs associated with returning a damaged or defective product.

Order Cancellation / Change of Mind Policy

In accordance with the rights and remedies outlined under Australian Consumer Law:

 

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are typically not allowed. Exceptions to this policy may only be granted at our sole discretion and in rare, exceptional cases.

 

Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted for clearance stock, goods that have been customized, made-to-order, or tailored to your specific requirements.

 

We retain the right to cancel an order, even after it has been accepted, in cases where unforeseen circumstances, such as supply shortages, make fulfillment impossible.

Warranty

Viola Living provides warranties ensuring that items are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship, in compliance with and exceeding the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

 

Our products are backed by a 1-year warranty, which does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the use of chemicals or abrasive materials. Additionally, staining is not covered under this warranty.

 

Warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original customer or designer who made the purchase.
